Zanesville Deck & Fence provides residential deck and fence construction, installation, repair, and related outdoor structure services in Zanesville, OH and surrounding communities. Services are performed by appointment at customer properties.
Our website provides general information about our services and a way to contact us. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract, guarantee of availability, or commitment to a specific price until a written estimate is signed by both parties.
All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a final price guarantee. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions are discovered, or if material prices shift materially between estimate and project start.
We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would increase the estimate by more than a minor amount. We will not begin additional work without your approval.
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Requesting an estimate does not create a contract or obligate either party.
Once a written estimate is signed and a deposit (if required) is received,Zanesville Deck & Fence will schedule the project. Start dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, permitting delays, prior project timelines, or material availability. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible of any significant schedule change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or significant preparation work has begun may result in charges to cover costs already incurred. Any deposit terms and cancellation conditions will be stated in your written estimate or contract.
Payment terms are set out in each written estimate or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee as specified in your contract. Zanesville Deck & Fence reserves the right to suspend work on a project if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.
Zanesville Deck & Fence will obtain required building permits on the customer's behalf as part of the project scope, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are either included in the estimate or billed at cost. The customer is responsible for ensuring that property lines, easements, and HOA restrictions are disclosed to us before work begins. Zanesville Deck & Fence is not responsible for violations resulting from information the customer failed to provide.
Zanesville Deck & Fence warrants its workmanship against material defects in labor for a period stated in the written contract. Materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty only - Zanesville Deck & Fence does not extend additional warranties on materials beyond what the manufacturer provides.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, modifications made by others, or failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines. Warranty claims must be made in writing.
